With the official revealing of the Ferrari 599 GTB Fiorano based GTO revival and GT Convertible within the past year, special coachworks firm Vandenbrink Design from The Netherlands have set their sites on a new project and this time the Ferrari of choice is the 612 Scaglietti. Similar to the GTO revival Vandenbrink is calling upon the closely related 1962 Ferrari Breadvan with this conversion, but surely with a more attractive name. The term shooting brake has evolved to mean a 2-door luxury estate or wagon vehicle which carries the connotation of upper-class or exclusive status and Vandenbrink has melded the two.
Recently a representative of Vandenbrink Design proposed to forum site members, FerrariChat.com, to list various types of usage for such a 612 Shooting Brake. First things that come to mind are golf clubs, dogs or pets and shopping bags. What would you use it for? Leave a comment below!
